- 1 (12 oz) box Mori-Nu extra firm tofu drained
- 1 lime juiced, about 2-3 tablespoons
- 1 clove garlic minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ⅛ tsp chipotle chili powder or more if you like it spicy
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tso sea salt omit or use less if desired
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend.
Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender if needed and blend agin until smooth. If it seems thin, it will thicken in the refrigerator.
