Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) box Mori-Nu extra firm tofu drained
  • 1 lime juiced, about 2-3 tablespoons
  • 1 clove garlic minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • tsp chipotle chili powder or more if you like it spicy
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tso sea salt omit or use less if desired

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend.
  • Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender if needed and blend agin until smooth. If it seems thin, it will thicken in the refrigerator.
